One of the best parts of their service is the transparency. They give you pictures of each item needing service so you can SEE what they are talking about. We're a family of 4 and Wayside has serviced our family cars for over 20 years. When we've bought our last few used cars, we have Wayside check them over before we seal the deal.

Wonderful! And Prompt!

We paid $180 and went without a car for 4 hours for them to guess what was wrong with my car. They didn't fix anything and recommended instead that I get an oil change. Even though I just got an oil change 2k miles ago. Waste of time, waste of money. We will be looking for a different mechanic to actually FIX the problem. Edit to add: We went to the Sasaki Brothers and they diagnosed my car and fixed it in less then 3 hours. It was some sensors that needed to be replaced and they were astounded that a garage had the gall to tell us an oil change would fix the problem.

I had brake jobs done at Wayside on the rear wheels of my '03 Mazda Protege5. I also had the radiator and head gasket replaced. Customer service was good. The work was done quickly and at a reasonable cost. I'm satisfied.
