Words cannot fully articulate our gratitude for this crew. Exceptional work, great communication, true experts of their craft, and (and even better) a heart of service. The situation: Our camper van’s brakes were squealing something fierce during our interstate trek and despite several mechanics looking it over and working on it, our van seemed to always need repair. Early this morning the brakes started to grind and sheer luck led us to call Monterey Mobile RV Repair. Without hesitation he sent us to the best crew who could help us out and get us back on the road. To the Crew: K.P. & Jacob, your willingness and efforts to make sure we got back on the road safely the same day, was entirely unexpected. Thank you! We’re moving from Coastal Oregon to Cleveland, Ohio in our camper van to be with our family while we navigate our dad’s stage 4 cancer diagnosis as a family. It’s been a long hard sprint thus far and front end van repair was not an anticipated part of the journey but neither was the kindness we were shown today. Our deepest gratitude 🤙🏽
