Wayside Garage is the absolute best!!! The owners and staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable! The first person you usually see is Sabrina 😊 her smile is contagious and her knowledge is growing everyday, definitely a chip of the block from not only her parents but also her grandfather. All in all Wayside has been my go to for years and will continue to have my business. I highly recommend making an appointment for all your automotive needs and they work on other stuff as well...

Great staff, very professional, and very thorough in diagnosing problems. They are a bit more expensive but when it comes to automotive safety and dependability, it was worth it. The only gripe was being charged more for parts on the front end work, because they couldn't find them locally. Other than that we are very happy with the work done on our vehicle.

Great Place! They know exactly what they're doing and go the extra mile. Not only is the service expert & fast, price is fair and they take the time to educate you. I bought my recently purchased vehicle for a thorough inspection & boy did they surprise me! Inspection was very thorough and the report detailed. DO NOT TRUST !!! Wayside Garage absolutely not competent in your Vehicles needs. They only competent in very HIGH charges. We brought our car for simple alignment needs at 9am. Supposed $80 and 2 hours OK, good deal, right ?? No ! Wait.. Waiting result all day I finally call them close to closing time to find out they alignment machine broke, well it’s ok, staff happens. Next day after noon I call again and guess what, they start to telling me my car in such a terrible condition !!!! I need my sub fraim to be adjusted for start it’s will be close to $500.00 !!!!! And after that they will try alignment ( additional $... ) well I set: “no, thanks “ They still charge me $78.50 for they “opinion/inspection” which one I never ask to do ! Good I’m not born yesterday so next day I take my car to other people for second opinion Guess what... $110.00 and 2 hours later we got our car with no “sub fraim “ problem AT ALL ! And I ask them to check Shame on Wayside Garage ! No place for them in our community ! Not us or our family and friends going to use their service Stay away from liars ! Check reviews before you trust someone

Hello Gacha-Katusha. Thank you for your review. We did indeed have an issue with our alignment equipment that was repaired prior to performing your alignment inspection. During our inspection we could visually see that the rear wheels were out and that the vehicle had been in a collision. Once we noted that we stopped and contacted you for more information on the repairs and also to advise that depending on the amount of adjustments needed that the alignment with adjustment could cost up to the $500 estimate. We would never perform repairs without an approval from the vehicle owner. I realize that you felt that there was nothing wrong with the alignment but with the tires wearing unevenly and the recent suspension components that were installed there was definitely an issue to address. As for what the other shop charged and the adjustments that were made, we cannot comment on. Every shop has their own policies and procedures and we comply with the rules set by the state. I am glad that you were able to get your Audi alignment issues addressed and that you get many years of driving enjoyment from it.
