I would never know about this business if brakes and lights inspection was not required by DMV.

Took my car in for an oil change and walked away with a $386+ bill. While I was trying to find an alternative to a dealership for a simple oil change, my father-in-law recommended Wayside Garage. Dropped my car off in the morning and by about noon I received a call that the car was ready....BUT.....the air filters were probably due to be replaced. Naïve me, I approved the replacement. When I arrived to pick up my car, I didn't see it on the lot. I went inside, paid my stunning bill and then walked outside and asked where my car was. Waiting, waiting. looking, looking....it was parked on the street a block away. Here's the killer; six weeks later I opened the hood to my car and realized the oil fill cap was never replaced. You know where it goes from there. Certainly your call whether to use this business of not; they will never see my car again and when asked, I will never recommend them.

The work they performed on my vehicle was great and I’ve never had to take it back. I also have had our rescue truck in for service and that to was great.

Therefore, I was there much longer than I bargained for. With no apology, and a jugjrr charge than advertised. I will not be going back!

I haven't been this impressed with an auto shop EVER. I had error codes and a laundry list of repairs and maintenance to get done. Sabrina walked me through the entire process. I can't say enough about the customer service at Wayside. This was a pleasant experience! I never thought I'd say that about a visit to the mechanic. The shop arranged for me to have a ride home after dropping off my car. They ran a series of special tests to diagnose my car. The shop is so tech-savvy that they can text you digital reports. I really appreciated this as I could decide what needed to be done -- the report even included images as supporting documentation. The repairs and maintenance were completed quickly and the Sabrina even arranged for my car to be delivered back to my apartment! They have a secure link on their website to pay your bill remotely and can even email your invoice. Wow! I finally found a shop I can trust and who understands integrity and the importance of great customer service. I'm so glad I found Wayside on Yelp. I'll definitely be a customer from now on.

Wayside is top-notch. Not only are they extremely tech savvy, they still have a very warm human touch, which is crucial to great customer service. The work was excellent and Sabrina kept me apprised of everything as we moved along with a laundry list of repairs and maintenance. I experienced true professionalism and was impressed.
