I haven't been this impressed with an auto shop EVER. I had error codes and a laundry list of repairs and maintenance to get done. Sabrina walked me through the entire process. I can't say enough about the customer service at Wayside. This was a pleasant experience! I never thought I'd say that about a visit to the mechanic. The shop arranged for me to have a ride home after dropping off my car. They ran a series of special tests to diagnose my car. The shop is so tech-savvy that they can text you digital reports. I really appreciated this as I could decide what needed to be done -- the report even included images as supporting documentation. The repairs and maintenance were completed quickly and the Sabrina even arranged for my car to be delivered back to my apartment! They have a secure link on their website to pay your bill remotely and can even email your invoice. Wow! I finally found a shop I can trust and who understands integrity and the importance of great customer service. I'm so glad I found Wayside on Yelp. I'll definitely be a customer from now on.

Wayside is top-notch. Not only are they extremely tech savvy, they still have a very warm human touch, which is crucial to great customer service. The work was excellent and Sabrina kept me apprised of everything as we moved along with a laundry list of repairs and maintenance. I experienced true professionalism and was impressed.

Wayside Garage is amazing! I just so happened to stumble upon their advertisement, and I am so glad I did! With the Coronavirus outbreak, they make sure to keep their customers safety their number one priority. I checked my mail and saw a coupon for an oil change and a slew of different free services they were also offering. When I called the customer service was superb. They had their team come pick my car up, they serviced it timely, provided me their recommendations for future maintenance for the car, and dropped it all off! Easiest thing ever! 10 out of 10 recommend.

For some reason my oil change took nearly four hours. It made me late for work.I don’t know if that’s usual for them but I’m not going back.
