Wayside employees really pride themselves on making the experience as pleasant and user-friendly as possible, which I appreciate! I love the report they email out after every visit with pictures of the fluid levels etc., although I don't understand what any of that means, tbh, so their system of coding suggested repairs as red (necessary), yellow (sometime down the road), or green (fyi, I guess), is really helpful. I'm not a car person, obviously, so I like that they hold my hand through the process--metaphorically, of course. They were kind enough to drop off my car during shelter-in-place, which made me feel really comfortable, too.
