Tbh I had a great experience with this garage. The brake of my car died on the speed way and I got towed to them on a Thursday evening (they were closed). Next morning, I went there and they checked the car immediately. Diagnose was my brake just went off the car. They told us they were going to do all they can to make sure we can get back the car in time to keep enjoying our trip. Sadly, some parts were missing and have to be ordered. They worked all day and week end on the car to make sure we can get it back on Sunday on our way back from the trip to SF. They prep the car to its best and we found the car as planned. The cost was decent and not a little but it was totally correct. We got a report with picture of the incident from them, their full diagnose with their report and picture is helping us to sue the car dealer who sold us the defect car in a first place.

DO NOT TRUST !!! Wayside Garage absolutely not competent in your Vehicles needs. They only competent in very HIGH charges. We brought our car for simple alignment needs at 9am. Supposed $80 and 2 hours OK, good deal, right ?? No ! Wait.. Waiting result all day I finally call them close to closing time to find out they alignment machine broke, well it’s ok, staff happens. Next day after noon I call again and guess what, they start to telling me my car in such a terrible condition !!!! I need my sub fraim to be adjusted for start it’s will be close to $500.00 !!!!! And after that they will try alignment ( additional $... ) well I set: “no, thanks “ They still charge me $78.50 for they “opinion/inspection” which one I never ask to do ! Good I’m not born yesterday so next day I take my car to other people for second opinion Guess what... $110.00 and 2 hours later we got our car with no “sub fraim “ problem AT ALL ! And I ask them to check Shame on Wayside Garage ! No place for them in our community ! Not us or our family and friends going to use their service Stay away from liars ! Check reviews before you trust someone

Called to get a quote on my brakes, gave them all the information they would possibly need. She told me it would take a couple hours. Five hours later I call back and ask where my quote is, it's a different woman, who says she has no idea where the info went, I tell her my name and everything again. It's been two weeks and still no call back. Thanks for nothing. I think all these good reviews about this place are fake honestly.
