My husband and I were traveling through Seaside headed home to Washington state when the Clutch on our camp Diesel Dodge Promaster van decided it didn't want to go anymore! Of course we broke down in one of the busiest intersections in Monterey, but when I called Wayside, Stacie was very calming and helpful in stressful situation! We had it towed to Wayside garage and the whole crew helped take care of us! They were able to get us in and diagnose the problem for us! They had amazing service and we felt like family by the end of our journey. We ended up having our van transported home because the parts were very delayed (out of their control) but we would have definitely had it fixed here if we were local! I took my truck in for general maintenance and inspection of problems of my concern. I received a detailed statement of all services rendered, several discounted items (complimentary services), and a detailed list of things that will need attention in the future. They also provided links as a option to view my truck through my email. The staff is great! Friendly and knowledgeable.
