Responsive to questions, always have coupons, early drop off and late pickup available and very friendly staff. My go to car and RV repair shop!!! Since I have moved to the Monterey I have taken my car to Wayside Garage for most major repairs. I trust them. It is a family run business and they communicate very effectively with the customer regarding recommended work. They offer photographs of your vehicle showing exactly what repairs are needed. The pictures are emailed to you prior to committing to having the work done. They also offer financing through their garage with 0 percent interest if paid off in 6 months. I have never felt taken advantage of. Trust is paramount to me being a woman going into a autoshop alone. They also offer a shuttle to take you home if you dont have a ride home. Wayside Garage isn't the cheapest spot to have work done, but, still a value and worth every penny. I trust them. Trusting someone with my vehicle is priceless and I know they will take good car of my car. They also offer a concierge service of picking up my vehicle and returning it. Which is extremely helpful when no one is available to be my personal driver, lol. As long as I live in Monterey, I will bring my car here. Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I had an amazing experience at Wayside Garage. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Being someone who isn’t too familiar with the inner workings of a car, I greatly appreciate that Wayside is a digital garage, takes photos of EVERYTHING that they review/fix in your vehicle and walk it through with you. I no longer feel the stress I used to when having work done on my vehicle!

Amazing service with an awesome staff. Incredibly thorough inspection report (written explanations and photos). This was VERY helpful as I am not a “car person.” Prices were very fair and they donated to breast cancer for my brake job without raising rates. I have been going to Wayside for a couple of years now and they have been thorough, detailed and transparent with their service. Every person I have spoken with: Sabrina, Stacy, Regina, Brandon, and Dean (my apologizes for names forgotten), all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The shop is immaculate. I have taken both gas powered and hybrid cars to Wayside. They are nothing but the best.
