I have taken both of our cars here in the past two months. Both for a general inspection and routine maintenance. So, I’m going to say this review is going to be a bit mixed so I’ll break it down to pros and cons. Pros -VERY thorough, they send you a link to everything they inspected and what they recommend. -Staff is professional and kind. -Flexible with drop off/pickup/key drop/etc. -They do the work very well and you shouldn’t have to worry about it not being reliable. Cons -closed on the weekend which can be an issue for those that work M-F -Their prices seem VERY VERY steep for just about everything. While i understand they do good work, you can most likely get work done somewhere else for similar quality and for MUCH less (but you would miss out on the thorough examination and trust) Summary: -If money is not an issue for you and you want your car fixed right every time, go here. -if you are on a budget, probably not the best place to go if I’m honest. I have nothing against them though really, they do good work and are trustworthy, just think their prices are very high.

A COLOSSAL waste of time. I'll go out on the record here and say I understand this place is pricey. However, when I called I expressed I was on a budget after explaining the repairs I might need and was assured that the price would be cheaper than the dealership which I had already gone to. I brought my vehicle to the Garage, and everything seemed great at first. The service was good, and I was informed the inspection and recommendation for repairs would take about a half-day (which was fine as I had brought it in for a 10:30 am appointment). Everything past this point deteriorated fairly quickly. First, I had gone pretty much the entire day without any updates on my car. It took all the way until 4:00 pm (30 minutes before they closed) when I decided to call myself, and they told me they hadn't even inspected yet. Yeah okay, that's definitely not a half-day. I would have been totally okay with this if I had been informed it was taking longer than expected, but they were on the verge of closing for the day and no one had contacted me. Second, the next day when I finally did receive my report and recommendations, it was almost 2x more than the amount the dealership had quoted me for parts and labor. Like I said, if I hadn't been told on the initial call that they'd likely be cheaper, I would have never gone here in the first place. It's basically a free $200 for them. I expressed my issues when I picked up the car the next day (finally) and was met with a fairly condensing response about being a premium garage and that no one would have told me that their prices would be cheaper than the dealership (which is explicitly NOT what I was told on the phone). Fairly abysmal experience, and it's unfortunate because I felt very good about the choice I made initially. They seem like good people and provide good service, but at the end of the day I don't appreciate being told information that wasn't even close to accurate. They can deny that anyone said that, but I wouldn't have set foot in this shop if they didn't stress a cheaper than dealership rate when I set up my appointment.

Excellent work and very professional!

We love Wayside Garage. We started bring our Toyota Camry there after our purchase and they have been fantastic Stacy and Sabrina are very friendly and professional. We trust them explicitly and always check with me before doing any extra work that is recommended. They are fantastic.

They’re the best! It is the unbeatable combination of very skilled, conscientious work and the welcoming environment created by the office staff, starting with Stacy and Shortie and on down the line.

I just spoke with Stacey and she was very kind and courteous. Apparently, the mechanic and customer service person who I spoke with are no longer there, most likely due to not performing to the standards set by the company. I appreciate she took the time to address my experience. While it is not possible for my unfortunate experience to be corrected, I do feel confident the company would care about my next one.
