For all European car's Owner, BMW, AUDI, Mercedes...don't bring your car over there when your lights are on. There is a $385 charge that included $79.28 Inspection from SmartFlow Digital Vehicle Inspections...it is an open tab and it keeps running, might take days to figured out and there is no limit of the charge$1,000, $2,000... And they are not supposedly to release the car until all lights are off. I was lucky enough to get my car back. Bottom line, it is a software that try to figure out what are the meanings of the of these light...and I think we should have some kind of customers protection. You shouldn't let your app, software run your business or decline, inform owners to take their car to the dealer. As I said, that is an open tab. One last word Sabrina and also Owner try to explain the process and did their best. Nothing wrong on their side, they were doing their best but it is just unacceptable to hold this open tab. Treat people like you would like to be treat!

I've never paid over $100 for an oil change before. Also, an engine air filter and cabin filter replacement was over $200. Save your money and try another place. They even charged me an extra $70 for road side assistance on brand new tires. I'd shop around other places to find better pricing. Lastly, they took an entire day to put on new tires. Not sure if this had to do with staffing shortage, but save your time and money and try another place.

This is our first time here and am very impressed with the entire staff. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable; appreciate the state of the art assessment of their work and findings via email. I will be returning and highly recommend.
