We never advertise ourselves as the cheapest option, and charge a fair price and not a penny more in order to provide quality parts and service. We also carry the best warranty in our area, 3 years/36,000 miles. We are able to do so because we use only quality parts from reputable suppliers. Although we do appreciate all feedback, there will always be a disconnect when we perform only the test procure and you perform the repairs. Also, considering that the recommendation made for your Honda you took as “ridiculous” and did not feel that having a fresh set of eyes on your vehicle was a good idea.
