I took my truck in for general maintenance and inspection of problems of my concern. I received a detailed statement of all services rendered, several discounted items (complimentary services), and a detailed list of things that will need attention in the future. They also provided links as a option to view my truck through my email. The staff is great! Friendly and knowledgeable. After describing what I was feeling via the brake pedal when slowing down from speeds of 55 - 65 mph, Sam felt the same sensation under the same conditions. He determined that front rotors were most likely warped. I scheduled an appointment to have new front brakes’ rotors and pads installed on my 2013 Chrysler 300C. At the same time, I had the engine air filter element replaced. My car runs fine. Now, when I am slowing down or stopping, the brake pedal pressure has a nice comfortable sensation at whatever speed I have been driving. This is the second time I’ve had service performed at Wayside Garage. Both times I have been completely satisfied with their work. I highly recommend Wayside Garage. 11/12/2021 Because I was so pleased with the manner and efficiency in which Team Wayside Garage performed the first and second maintenance and repair on my 2013 Chrysler 300C, this week I scheduled an appointment to have my wife’s car, 2016 Volvo S60, serviced.
