Great experience! I highly recommend Wayside because of their service and great customer relations. Work was fast and reliable. Stacey and Sabrina are very personable. If you want the whole story keep reading. I usually use a different mechanic because I have been going there for a few years, but I needed a job done quickly before a trip. I called on a Friday and Stacey fit me in on the next business day (Monday) when my usual shop didn't have an opening. I check Google reviews regularly before using new services and Wayside had some really good reviews. Most of the reviews were spot on! My car wasn't starting but I wasn't sure if it was the battery, starter, or alternator. Stacey was willing to talk me through some troubleshooting on Friday before she even scheduled me or told me to bring the car in. Together we determined the battery probably wasn't the issue. Once I brought the car in (towed to their parking lot), they quickly diagnosed the issue and sent pictures and descriptions of everything. They have a great system in place for updates. Every time I had to talk to Stacey or Sabrina they were very helpful. When I picked my car up I actually spent about 20 minutes talking to them because they were so fun to talk to! Again, I highly recommend using Wayside. Worth the money for the value they bring on every level.

Wow is what I have to say. What an amazing shop ran by amazing people! I brought in my motorcycle on Thursday and said I needed a brake and light inspection ASAP because I need to get a license plate because I’m going on a road trip on Saturday. They had an appointment for the folllwing Monday but after hearing my story the great ladies in the front let me drop it off and they said they would get it done. I get a call Friday morning and it’s all done and good to go! So I got my license plate at the dmv and thanks to the awesome ladies and mechanics. It was almost weird to have a service be so good and fast! Best garage I’ve been to, and I don’t write reviews but these guys are worthy! Highly recommend!

Stacy and Sabrina were very professional and made my automobile headache go away in 2 days. I felt confident the technicians were taking the time to discover what was wrong with my car and fix it. the follow up diagnostic on most parts of my car I don't think about were presented by Stacy with clarity and visuals that made it interesting and helped me to have a plan to make sure I have a car check up in a few months! I was extremely impressed with the excellent service I got yesterday. Wayside cannot only tell you about items that might need attention, but can also show you actual digital pics of virtually any issue. The whole look and feel of the place conveys a sense of focus and accomplishment. Extremely professional and total pleasure to deal with.

It's a very affable atmosphere, like having your car worked on by professionals - in your own garage at home.

Despite the annoying situation we were in without anymore brakes on the high way and the frustration we had because we could not go on with our trip to San Francisco, Wayside Garage is an amazing team who did the maximum they could to make sure we could go back on our trip or come back from our trip. They are professional, friendly and transparent. They gave us a diagnostic good but hard to hear :S and made sure, to the minute, to order every single parts they needed to fix the car in time. They had a window of 10 minutes to make a decision or the car would have been stuck over the week end. They worked really good and for the interest of the customer. You get a report of your car with prooves of what is going on and they mail it to you to make sure you know exactly what has been done and why. I wish that many car dealers or automotive workers would be as honest as they are. Thank you again to all of you for everything and even contacting the car rental to make sure we could go further on our trip.
