I can't judge the quality of the work yet, but the customer service was so disappointing that I will never use this company again. I was promised my car at the end of two days. On the second day, no one called to give me a status report and when I called in the evening, they were already closed. I had told Dean that I needed my car for the following day. When I called on the third day, I was told they got the wrong part and the car would be ready soon. When I called again at noon I was told someone would be calling back shortly. When I called again at two or so, I was told the lunch meeting ran long but someone would be bringing it soon. At that point I asked a friend to take me there to get my car. No apologies or anything. I will never go to Wayside again and I will tell everyone I know about the poor service. What a shame. I wanted to support local businesses but it is back to the dealer for me.
