I would tell them my experience that I had. I made an appointment I used a so-called discount coupon I specifically wrote on the text message when I requested service on my 2005 envoy I wrote the price that was on there 4999 and the man who wrote it up who was in the office he saw that it was 4999 but to me it it was bait and switch they charged me $99 for something that was not on any discount coupon. The lady goes back in the back and talks to somebody and somebody sends her word that it’s in small writing on the coupon is that fair is that how we’re going to do business you know there’s an epidemic here and not a lot of people have a Lotta money to spend So We Have To Be Very Judicious when it comes to spending money. The man asked me did I have any concerns about the car he said he was gonna check my brakes he said he was going to rotate my tires I told him I didn’t need my tires rotated I needed him to give me a price check on my air conditioner I told him exactly what was wrong with it wiring harness was burnt out in the motor it was burnt out he specifically told me oh I’m gonna take a look at that but he did not he didn’t say one word about air conditioner when I came to pay for the car only thing they wanted was the $99 Or $92 he didn’t check anything else well no I must admit they did a very thorough job which I was impressed with the detail of everything that was wrong with the car right so that part I appreciated that so I know what I have to fix that’s why I asked him to give me a price on the air-conditioning I wanted to get the air conditioner done that day if he quoted me a reasonable price he He didn’t even look at it he did not mention it again so for that reason I am very disappointed in the bait and switch if if you want to charge customer for doing a thorough inspection that’s fine but she should tell them upfront that that’s going to be included in the price and tell them the price that’s great I think most people wouldn’t mind that but when you heading out coupons that say 4999 and they com

I went there a few days ago to have them check the tire pressure light that came on. They checked the tire pressure and corrected the pressure, They also reset the light and light has not come back on. They fixed the problem at no cost to me. My heart goes out to their kindness. I will be going back there to have them do oil changes and maintenance work. The office manager is so very kind and the stuff is very nice, too. I totally recommend them for your auto needs.
