My car needed way more work than I was willing to pay for, but the folks at Wayside understood and were very accommodating when I decided that I would not have any work done by them and they helped me with holding the car until I arranged for a charity to come pick it up! They were very understanding and helped with everything to give the title to the charity when they came to take the car away!

This garage is a disorganized, unprofessional mess. Could not get a clear explanation of itemized charges as it kept changing. Talked numerous times to a few different people who quoted different information. I confirmed with warranty coverage they are charging way above times for standard repairs (labor costs) as well as costs for parts were vastly different than MSRP. This place is a sham and they take advantage of people when they are most in need. Sad really, beware and choose a different option or you too will be fleeced by these ridiculous thieves!

2002 GMC, I have been bringing my truck here for years, different location but always quality service, excellent on communication about the problems that needed to be addressed, they kept me informed on pricing, they gave me detail information by email and phone,I would never take my truck anywhere else.
