Despite the annoying situation we were in without anymore brakes on the high way and the frustration we had because we could not go on with our trip to San Francisco, Wayside Garage is an amazing team who did the maximum they could to make sure we could go back on our trip or come back from our trip. They are professional, friendly and transparent. They gave us a diagnostic good but hard to hear :S and made sure, to the minute, to order every single parts they needed to fix the car in time. They had a window of 10 minutes to make a decision or the car would have been stuck over the week end. They worked really good and for the interest of the customer. You get a report of your car with prooves of what is going on and they mail it to you to make sure you know exactly what has been done and why. I wish that many car dealers or automotive workers would be as honest as they are. Thank you again to all of you for everything and even contacting the car rental to make sure we could go further on our trip.

Wayside Garage was able to service our car on the same day we called. They were able to get parts from San Jose and install them by the end of the day. They knew we were under a time restraint and were more than accommodating. More importantly, is their incredible work ethic and integrity. As a "out of the area" parent of a CSUMB student/graduate they provided service that was efficient, honest and at a competitive rate. Never hesitate to go to Wayside Garage.

I have been a customer of Wayside Garage for several years. Recently I had the transmission go on my 4 wheel drive and it couldn't have happened at a worse time. Stacy and Sam replaced it and I have had no further issues with my truck. Thank You Wayside Garage.
