For over 10 years, it's been a pleasure to get my car serviced at Wayside. The staff is courteous and considerate of costs and convenience. I trust them implicitly and recommend Wayside highly.

Took my Nissan in for a oil change and inspection, Wayside sends out a detailed report about what they found, what is good, what needs to be looked at, and what should be done as soon as possible. They send out the report with pictures of the work suggested, and then call a few minutes later to discuss the findings. Very helpful to have the report in front of you while they go over it. Very prompt in getting the vehicle back to me with the service completed.

Wayside Garage is THE BEST!! I had a malfunction on my Mercedes ML350 that I took to my former mechanic and they actually tried to gauge me for a ridiculous amount of money to repair it. This forced me to find a second opinion, which sent me to a mechanic who had the personality of a rock and the customer service wasn't much better. What's that saying? Third times the charm? It definitely was for me. I booked an appointment, ONLINE, with Wayside (very convenient if convenience is your thing), took the car in, got a fair price, AND discovered they are the most transparent repair shop I've ever seen. They actually send you 'before' and 'after' pics!!! Then there are the amazing people! Sam, Stacey, and Sabrina are AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend Wayside for ALL your car repairs. I'll definitely be using them for ALL of my car repairs.
