I have worked with Wayside for 20 years -- two cars and one RV van. Though their charges may be higher than some, they are below a dealers. And their service is far more personalized . Wayside's knowledgeable mechanics are skilled in demanding mechanical challenges. A recent experience in towing a 12 year old vehicle, to replace an alternator and battery, employed Wayside's recommendation of Randy's towing service. Randy deserves a positive shout out. The recommended repairs wisely included replacing the serpentine belt. This will probably avoid future costs, involving high labor costs, at the small cost of the belt. As an older senior I hope to keep my present car for the time that I remain a competent driver. Wayside appreciates the calculus of determining how much to spend on a car before costs suggest the wisdom of buying another. That understanding alone warrants my continued patronage.

The most professional, honest, AND FRIENDLY car shop I have ever taken my car to. It feels like I'm taking my car to friends I've known forever. I had an issue with my car that could have cost thousands of dollars to repair but they did a little research and found that the issue would likely be covered under warranty by the dealership (which it was) and recommended me check first before they started any work. They could have easily realized I knew nothing about cars and done the work/charged me and I would have never known. I truly appreciate how honest and caring this shop is. I have taken it back for a couple other fixes/maintenance and every experience is great. They are fast and I have had no issues afterwards. They communicate well and take time with little details (thank you cards, goodie bags). Nothing but good things to say about them!

Just got my car back from its annual servicing. Wayside is keeping my 13-year-old beast running like a top. The only problem is they are going to make my car last longer than I will — and I’ll never have a chance to buy a Ferrari. Rather than install a new battery, starter and alternator they put a new battery in my key fob — and didn’t charge anything for it. I don’t know how they stay in business. Their kind of honesty is hard to find.
