Above I gave a very satisfied only for the repairs completed and done in a timely fashion. The costumer service gets a complete F as they initially gave me no clue that the did not want me to use a credit card to pay. When time to pay, I was told multiple times to join an online payment system (which I had no interest in doing) as the only way to pay remotely. After 3 calls with them trying to convince me to join, they finally said I could use my card. Once again without any word they added 4% to my bill to cover the cc charge. Really disappointed they were not upfront and wouldn't recommend them to anyone for being so deceiving regarding billing.
