The most professional, honest, AND FRIENDLY car shop I have ever taken my car to. It feels like I'm taking my car to friends I've known forever. I had an issue with my car that could have cost thousands of dollars to repair but they did a little research and found that the issue would likely be covered under warranty by the dealership (which it was) and recommended me check first before they started any work. They could have easily realized I knew nothing about cars and done the work/charged me and I would have never known. I truly appreciate how honest and caring this shop is. I have taken it back for a couple other fixes/maintenance and every experience is great. They are fast and I have had no issues afterwards. They communicate well and take time with little details (thank you cards, goodie bags). Nothing but good things to say about them!

Just got my car back from its annual servicing. Wayside is keeping my 13-year-old beast running like a top. The only problem is they are going to make my car last longer than I will — and I’ll never have a chance to buy a Ferrari. Rather than install a new battery, starter and alternator they put a new battery in my key fob — and didn’t charge anything for it. I don’t know how they stay in business. Their kind of honesty is hard to find.

This family-run place does a great job on my car every time! They take you through the whole process concerning your car and its needs and lack there of with their thorough notes, verbally, with photos, and videos. They do not leave a stone unturned. You feel like they're family the way they all treat their clients. Just today, I received a generous gift bag from them after the service on my car! They send beautiful thank you cards to your home with handwritten thank you notes in gorgeous cursive script. I am so impressed with this place. It's like I have gone back in time with their customer service, caring way, and genuine concern for my car and for me. If you are looking for a place to take top notch care of your car, then look no further. You have found the place! It's always busy there, but they always find time to fit you in. Did I mention, if you are an enthusiast for older cars, then many times you will see cars from different eras they are restoring. It's a fun place to be!!!
