I had a little urgent thing to do, remove the old license plates, but it was stuck. I drove by lunchtime and they were nice enough to tell me come back at 1:30 and we will take care of you. I showed up at 1:30 PM and they knew me by name and were expecting me. They fixed my problem within less than five minutes. I’m definitely coming back for oil change and any other need.

I have a new 2023 ford f150 and have no intention of ever having the dealership service my vehicle. I trust the people at Wayside to do as good or better service procedures. They have not let me down in the past or since with any service appointment or service procedures. A really really good garage service. None better.
